I looked online at every booster car seat and finally came across this Chicco Kidfit Booster car seat.
And I fell in love with it immediately!
One of those, when you know you know moments.
I love the color and overall look.
I’ve always been a fan of Chicco strollers and car seats, so it’s no surprise they nailed my style once again.
The exact model description and color I purchased are as follow:
Chicco KidFit Zip Plus 2-in-1 Belt-Positioning Booster Car Seat, Backless and High Back Booster Seat, for Children Aged 4 Years and up and 40-100 lbs. | Taurus/Black/Grey
***This is the Kid Fit Plus version which means it has that added zip off and wash feature.
I feel like all car seats should have an easy wash process.

Installation and Initial Thoughts
OooOo it looks good!
And it was super fast and simple to install myself.
Make sure you attach the bottom part to the back part first and foremost.
Then clip it into your car hooks.
Use the release button for more slack on the car hook straps.
Then I popped all the accessories in super quick.
Who is this Chicco Kidfit Car Seat Made For?
The KidFit® is designed for children who are at least 4 years of age, between 38-57 inches tall, between 40-100 pounds in high-back mode and 40-110 pounds in backless mode, and can sit relatively still in the same seated position throughout the car ride.
I bought it because my baby turned two and needed to get out of his infant car seat.
I realized he could use his older brother 5 point harness car seat, and buy a new booster seat for my 5-year-old who could also use an upgrade.
So I purchased this for my little 5-year-old.
This is his first booster car seat that uses my car’s seat belt around his chest, rather than a built-in harness seatbelt for smaller kids.
How much does it cost?

Do I Recommend It After Using It?
Yes! I definitely recommend this car seat for little growing children!
I’m very picky about car seat safety, functionality, and design, and I feel this one nails it!
It actually looks good and cleans in my car.
No outrageous colors or patterns.
It’s simple and timeless.
